Marshmallow {Heart} Pops

Simple, sweet and perfect for  Valentine’s Day!

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 pkgs white Baker’s chocolate
  • Shortening (like Crisco)
  • Jumbo Marshmallow Hearts
  • Sprinkles
  • Paper Straws

First set up a double boiler.  I do this by simply place chocolate in a glass bowl over a pot of gently boiling water.  Melt chocolate adding shortening to get it to desired consistency.  While it’s melting, push straws into marshmallows as shown below.  Then dip hearts in various ways into the melted chocolate and add sprinkles while wet.  Allow to dry on wax paper until chocolate sets.
