If ever I’m asked what’s your favorite crafting tool, my answer without hesitation is my Silhouette CAMEO! As we’re still mid-move and I can’t craft my little heart out as much as usual, so I curated a collection 10 Super Cool Project Ideas (is it still cool to call things cool?).
Without further ado, 10 Awesome Projects from some über-talented ladies of blogland…
Did you know you can cut thin adhesive wood sheets with your machine?! Mind blown. Pop over to Sarah’s blog and she will show you how it’s done (with a free SVG file and template, to boot).
When Reese Witherspoon carried a $155 similar bag, it immediately became “sold out” in stores. Never fear because it’s easy for a DIY girl to just whip up her own version!
I’ve always wanted to try screen printing and this phrase is my life motto. Pop over and let Amy show you how it’s done! (P.S. How amazing is her floral glue gun?! Need.)
When I first saw Lauren post these, I was blown away by her creativity. And then I was all, why didn’t I think of that? I LOVED these as a kid! I even got my daughter a Fashion Plates set on Amazon for Christmas last year. But you don’t even need one to make these since Lauren generously made free printables so you can easily DIY them. I mean really, aren’t they just fabulous?!
I’m a sucker for black and white and these gorgeous flowers just POP of the package, especially paired with the teal! The tutorial includes a link to the flower freebie from Angie Makes. While you’re over on Maritza’s blog be sure to poke around…she has a ton of awesome Silhouette projects!
You can never go wrong with a pretty paper bow. Pop over to Chicfetti Parties to snag the free SVG cut file and whip up a bunch in no time.
I think this is my favorite HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) project of all time. Gift the tote with the fabric markers and you have one seriously cool handmade gift!
These sweet little notepads make a fun gift idea. Plus you get to use washi tape. 🙂 And did I mention to free cut file Bethany created to make these and share with all of us? Pop over there to grab the freebie and see how to whip some of these up!
Confession: I’ve had the Silhouette Stamp Starter kit for at least 6 months and never tried it, but Lauren’s tutorial and cute tags have me ready to finally try!
Not only is this gorgeous, it’s totally renter-friendly! You have to see how close this looks to the original wallpaper they were inspired by too. I’m totally doing this once we’re settled in our new rental home in a few weeks.
