Hey guys! My name is Heidi and I can’t even tell you how excited I am to be part of Dawn’s awesome team! All of the contributors are crazy talented bloggers that I am learning so much from!
This is my first post here so I want to discuss something you might not know about me. I speak in movie quotes. I will sprinkle them in every single conversation if I can. Some like it and some don’t. I like to call those who like it my friends. We won’t say what I call those who get annoyed by my genius, witty personality.
One of my absolute favorite movies in the world is Elf. I’m a huge Will Ferrell fan to begin with and he couldn’t have done a more perfect job with this character. Because of my unashamed love for this movie, I thought it only fitting to design a printable with a quote we are likely all familiar with. You know, the part where he is frustrated because he is behind on the etch-a-sketches and he calls himself that name that makes all the other elves gasp! “Just say it. I’m a cotton headed ninny muggins.” I just love that. If a movie can make me forget about the giant pile of laundry waiting to be folded and put away, the paper that’s due in my Sociology class, or the fact that I have nothing in the fridge for dinner, then I’m a happy girl.
So, please, enjoy this printable for the holiday season! And remember to always uphold the code of elves:
- Treat every day like Christmas.
- There’s room for everyone on the nice list.
- The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!
Will you be on the nice list this year? Hope so!

Heidi @ Glitter & Grace
Hello there! Heidi here from Glitter & Grace. I am a maker. I make pretty things, good food, and not to boast, but I have also made five people. I mean, it doesn’t get much better than that. I hope to catch up on lost sleep somewhere in my 40’s, but I’m not too hopeful. #momlife
In any of my free time you can find me in my craft room amongst my Silhouette, cans of paint, piles of wood, cubbies of fabric, bins of randomness, glitter covered floor, and my laptop. My craft room is my sanctuary. I would argue to say that it’s cheaper than therapy, but we all know that is a lie!
I love digital design as well and that has led me to creating my Etsy shop where I sell digital prints. My brain is on constant creativity mode, so if we ever meet in person and I looked spaced out, it’s probably because I am trying to figure out how to make a replica of the necklace you are wearing. Please take no offense.
