Ampersand Love Free SVG Cut File
It’s no secret that I adore ampersands and I tend to buy anything with an ampersand on it. I even have one tattooed on my inner left wrist. Normally, when I share a free cut file it’s for personal use only but since Valentine’s Day is coming up, my gift to you is a free limited commercial use license for this one! So use it to whip up some fun goodies to sell at craft shows or in your Etsy shops. ?

Terms of use: This file includes a Limited Commercial Use License for small, handmade shop owners (Etsy shops, craft shows, etc). This cut file is NOT for large-scale commercial use nor non-handmade items. If you are a company that would like to use one of my designs, please email me directly to discuss options.
All files are compressed as a zip file. You will need to unzip them to access the file. This is usually as simple as double-clicking the file after you download it, but you can Google “how to unzip a file” for your computer type if you have trouble.
Ideas for What to Make
Here are some ideas for what you can make with this Ampersand Love Free SVG Cut File!
Use permanent vinyl to make a cute DIY Coffee Mug.
Use Foil or Glitter vinyl or sticker paper to make a Handmade Card for your honey. You can even use Glitter HTV on paper if you use a pressing cloth between the card/HTV and your iron.
Use Glitter HTV to whip up an adorable tote bag. These are my favorite blank canvas tote bags.
Make your own pencil/makeup pouch for yourself or to gift to a friend. I recommend using Glitter HTV and these blank pencil pouches.
You could also make vintage-style wood signs and chalkboards for wall art!

SVG Cut File FAQs
I’m getting an error message when I click the Studio3 (Silhouette) file and it won’t open.
Yep, that’s because your computer doesn’t know what program to use to open it. To open it, you need to open Silhouette Studio first. Then go to File>Open and select the file from your desktop (or wherever you saved the cut file). Voilá! It works!
How Do I Use the SVGs?
You will need the Designer Edition of the Silhouette Studio software to open an SVG file. You can get it on Amazon here. They sometimes have it as low as about $25 which is about half of retail and was available at the time this was posted. If you have the Designer Edition of the software, here is a video tutorial on using SVGs.
How Do I Get the Designs into My Silhouette Studio?
Unless you’re buying from the Silhouette Design Store, designs won’t automatically download to Silhouette Studio. Whomp, Whomp. But don’t worry, it’s still easy to save them to your library! Here’s how:
- First, save the downloads to a folder on your desktop.
- Then, open Silhouette Studio.
- From within the software, Go to File>Open and select the design(s) you want to use.
- Once you have them open you can go to File>Save>Save to Library to save them in Silhouette Studio.
Happy creating!
