Episode seven of this season tugged at my heartstrings. Especially Sam’s storyline. The scene with his dad near the end was so poignant and inspiring that I paused to note this quote:
“Don’t fight back; fight forward.”

So, of course, I had to letter and illustrate such a gem of a quote. The artwork took me a bit over five hours to draw, including the simple animation (which you can see on my Instagram).
