Tombow Fudenosuke Colors
Here’s everything you need to know about the new Fudenosuke Colors Brush Pens:
- These beginner-friendly, hard tip brush pens come in a pack of ten colors.
- As with the Fudenosuke Brush Pens you already know and love, the new colorful versions have a flexible brush tip perfect for using pressure to create the thin and thick strokes for brush calligraphy.
- The vibrant colors won’t bleed through most papers. (Note: HP Premium32 paper is Tombow-approved copy paper that’s smooth enough to be gentle on your brush pens.)
- The pens are non-refillable and contain water-based pigment ink.

SAD DAY!!! I went to grab the VIP Club Box, and it’s already sold out! 🙁
It sold out in record time but I should have an update for you in Monday’s Happy Email with info on when you can get the Fude Colors on their own! 🙂
Hi Dawn
Loving these colours but do you know when they may be available in the UK please? xx
Hi Keira! I don’t have an answer just yet but I’ll see what I can find out! 🙂
I have just bought the Calligraphy Brush Pens but I cannot find out if they are fadeproof and permanent. Please advise
Hi Marie! They are water-based ink so they’re not fadeproof nor permanent.
Hi, can you please explain/show the difference between regular Tombow brush pens and the fudenosuke brush pens?
Hi Amy! Both are waterbased ink. The Dual Tip has a much large brush tip and it’s a felt tip. The Fudenosuke has a small brush tip and it’s a nylon tip. The small tipped Fudenosuke is the best for beginners to learn with as it’s much easier to control than a large brush tip. 🙂 Does that help?
Also, here is a photo to show you the difference:
Thanks!! Thats exactly what I needed to know!!
