SWEET SUMMERTIME Procreate Color Palette
There’s just something about summertime colors that feels like pure happiness. 🍓 Soft strawberry pinks, sunwashed peach, golden honey, creamy blush, and those dreamy leafy greens? Instant warm-weather magic.
This free Sweet Summertime Procreate color palette was inspired by vintage strawberry fields, cottage garden florals, handwritten love notes, and slow summer afternoons. I wanted this palette to feel playful, nostalgic, and a little bit whimsical.
Whether you’re creating bold retro lettering, sweet floral doodles, or cozy cottagecore-inspired artwork, these colors were made to mix beautifully together while still giving your designs that soft, cheerful summertime vibe.
Inside the palette, you’ll find:
- juicy strawberry reds and pinks
- peachy orange and honeyed golden yellows
- muted sage and olive greens
- soft minty accents
- the prettiest pale blush neutral
I used this palette to create the featured “Take Your Sweet Time” lettering artwork, and I absolutely love how bright, fresh, and vintage-inspired the colors feel together.

Importing a Color Palette into Procreate
Color palettes created specifically for Procreate are in a .swatches file format.
- Download the .swatches or .zip file color palette onto your iPad.
- If the file is zipped, uncompress it first. To do this, open the Files app, then find the .zip file you want to uncompress. Tap the .zip file. A folder containing the .swatches file will be created.
- Open Procreate and select the Palettes tab.
- Tap the + in the corner. Select the New from file option and locate your .swatches file.
- Tap the .swatches file. It will now appear in your color palettes.
Noteworthy
- If you download the Color Palette on a MacBook, you can AirDrop it to your iPad, which should automatically install in your Procreate Palettes. This is how I typically do it. It’s ultra-easy!
